With such a plethora of indie designers in this home and native land and abroad, it’s about time a Canadian publication full-on embraces the creativity cropping up globally. Currently on its second issue, Antler online magazine showcases stellar subjects and their wares. With in-depth interviews and atmospheric photography it reads like a look book kissed by muses. Editor Andi Strand also just happens to be the lovely lady behind Hoakon Helga handbags, made from repurposed leather and vintage fabrics; I have been ogling the Furrow bag.
Antler is a homegrown beauty to keep an eye on. And they are accepting submissions.
